See the database (search for "flux")

BT also gives this free number, albeit at a different address in Kings Lynn: (0800) 7831392. Maybe they will put you through - at least you will be able to complain at their expense about their only publishing 0870 contact numbers.

Final thought - if this company wants to cream money even from new customers seeking a quote, what does that say for their customer care philosophy - is this a company with which you want to do business?

I do need to contact this customer as they specialise in a particular type of car I'm buying. The time it would take to provie all required info for a quote must be a nice little earner for them!!
