I'd had correspondence from them concerning a "With profits Assurance Plan" which provided that particular 0845 no.

Main switchboard no 0207 334 9000. Your find it listed under Prudential on this site. The Pru also use the memorable no 0800 000 000. It might be worth a try!!! Let us know how you get on.
