These guys make you dial an 0870 number to cancel the automatic renewal of your car insurance. I rang up the sales line (0800) listed on the saynoto0870 database and asked to be put through to customer services. They refused but I did managed to get an email address out of them. I moaned that I could not dial premium rate numbers on my phone. They would not give me the geographical number either. I have emailed my request to cancel and if I get a satisfactory conclusion to this I will post it here. I also told them in the email that premium rate numbers such as 0870 ones are barred from my landline so I am unable to call it
