No. You will be charged at the rate of calling the geographical number (this may be free depending on your calls package).
You will only be charged if you actually dial the 0845 number,
not if you are put through from the geo number. By putting you through, they direct your call through their internal network. Once you have dialled the geo number, nothing can change how you are charged for it unless you replace the handset then redial the non-geo number.
