I got a promo leaflet about it  through the door yesterday.It seems that CPW are trying to capture the BT Market that doesnt want to CPS at this stage.

As you have to give them your details to register so they can bill you

However people who are reluctant to leave BT,NTL etc or reluctant to use 18866/1899, or people that have switched to 1363 and want cheaper PEAK RATE CALLS  should consider using
www.cheapestcalls.co.uk   access numbers

Eg BT Charge 3p a min for a landline to landline peak call. 1363 charge 2.7p and if you use cheapest calls access no  0844 861 13 13 its only 1p, and if you use the access no 0871 999 1717 landline to mobile calls are only 10p a min any network.

When you dial the access no,s you do have to enter the number you are calling, so if its engaged ,and if there is no answer,you wil incur a min charge on you landline bill.However there are still good  Peak Rate savings to be made using this method.
