If you look at the website you will see the fax no is 020 7371 5001.So there is a very good chance that the main switch is 020 7371 5000.Try this and let us know how you get on.

There is also a freephone number listed for complaints 0800 107 2001.They may put you through.If nothing else complain about the use of 0845,after all the call is free.

Out of interest Mike why did you think i would be interested in what they do,or am i missing something that might help the NGN fight?
