That's one of my many questions - now they are talking to me.
They have been my broadband ISP for the past 15 months and to date I've never needed to talk to them. With broadband costs coming down, I thought I should look at the options - but I wasn't interested in paying 10ppm to ring and find out!!
Their website doesn't give any info on switching packages for existing customers (no surprise there) and still shows Willow House as their address:
