Well it would be if we'd been given the correct 0870 number in the first place !  Undecided

The 2nd number you gave is the giveaway 'cos it's all to do with the missing digit, and if you've ever tried to Google for a part number before, you know what I mean.  It don't work !!

I've corrected it in the database entry to 0870 6060780, and I've modified your posting above, as requested.

Well I am sorry DaveM if you feel that I have not given the correct info, but I put on the site what I was given in relation to numbers, I did not omit any digits in relation to what I got and posted, if you require me to modify anything then tell me how to do it, or maybe you would like to do it for me! ???

There is a huge number of unverified entries for Baxi Heatteam, which nearly all give the number 01926 405405 as a geographical alternative. There is a verified entry for an 0870 number, but I don't think Baxi publishes this any more. I have just used 01926 405405 as an alternative to 0844 8671 1525, which is the number I was given for my boiler service, and it was fine. 0844 871 1545 is also used extensively (I think that's the number on their vans). I presume it is also fine for the number currently listed on the Heatteam website, 0844 335 2266. In any case the 01926 number goes to a menu and option 1 is for domestic service. I got to talk to someone in less than a minute and he called me back in less than 10.

Whatever, a bit of a tidy-up would be in order methinks.  Smiley

Thanks kasg.

I have promoted some of the entries to the verified listings. 0800 032 7232 answers with the same IVR as 01926 405405 so I have made it a Freephone alternative.
