hi, i work for the above and i am finding that i am spending los of money calling them making orders and ordering returns. please can you possibly help by finding the geographical numbers for 2 numbers i need to call? thanks
consultant orderline-0845 300 8020
consultant support-0845 300 8022

the company is virgin vie
the fax number is 01243 622322
address-virgin vie company
city fields, tangmere, chichester, west sussex, po20 2fp ???

hi thanks for your reply. the number you gave me was the main switchboard number and they would not put me through. i managed to get the number for "consultant support" which is 01243 812600 (in case you wanted to add it to your list) but i am still looking for the number to "consultant orderline". can you work your magic? thanks for all your help

At a guess it would be around the number you quoted for consultant support. Have you tried neighbouring numbers or even just asked play dumb and claim you must have misdialled can they transfer you?

I have at long last managed to log in....

I wanted to report that 01243 622 226 is the coirrect number for Vie at Home. Not that it will do any good now. They have ceased trading.

I ordered items on 4 Sept which have still not been received. When they eventually answered the phone, said I would have a refund but it could take 21 days.

I said the refund would be quicker than the 2 deliveries that have been 'lost'

I don't hold out much hope. Thank you all for your help.
