Onetel won't respond if they already have a large share of the market - it has to be worth losing the £3.50 per customer when lowering the monthly fee to recruit enough new customers.

If they think it isn't likely they'll recruit more new customers, they won't do it.

I'm not going back to them unless they beat a current deal, not just match it.
