Try 01483 281 144, which I found from their own FAQshere.

Could you post back here if it was successful or not.

Hi,

Thanks for that, I'll try tomorow in working hours - all I got tonight was an answer machine which did not announce the firms name.

Can I ask you what you mean by "their FAQs" as I don't want to trouble you unnecessarily again.

FAQ's is an abbreviation for Frequently Asked Questions.

Some companies list their most asked questions in a hope to avoid being asked these same questions again, again and again.

I've just confirmed the above number and added it to the database.

(I wish it was as easy to find geographical alternatives for other companies as it was for this one - lol)

I managed to get through to them today on my mobile (and therefore saved a fortune in the process).
