I dialled this number tonight (6.45p.m.) Said offices were closed but it then continues with an options menu. 'Option 1 is Reservations, Published Fares, Flight arrivals and dividend miles. The service is open 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. Mon-Friday and 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sat and Sunday'

There are other options, but I am not sure what your reason for contact them is, I simply guessed at Reservations. Wink

But today is Monday - so the're OPEN until 10pm!

Doesn't sound too promising to me.
