I have tried ringing the geog alternative 01702 275555 for 3 days now and all I get is apologies for keeping me waiting and the canned music. Also no one answers the geog alts. for Heatrow Terminal 3 ( 0208 7457730 and 0208 7455861) ~ Threads merged and title edited by Dave

NatWest Platinum Card (Request upgrade)

The 0870 366 1537 number is given by NatWest for you to upgrade your standard card to Platinum. If you dial 01258 508023 which is the Southend-on-Sea department for Platinum Cards they will sort it for you. Just tell them that your telephone is barred from making 0870 calls, the will take all you details plus the 0870 number and confirm you have been upgraded. Cheesy

Welcome.

If you search the Verified Database for "natwest" you'll see a few numbers that you could try. There is even one mentioned for Credit cards. If that no longer works or is not the correct department then I would generally act "dumb" and apologise for calling them and could they please transfer you. If needed then say you are calling from your mobile and therefore can't take down the number.

As always when ringing geographical alternatives, we recommend that the number is withheld.

In your circumstances, I'd recommend you try yourself and if successful then pass the number to your daughter.
