well a result i searched on the website given until i found the following address. it turned out to be the sales office but she put me thru to a v.helpful young man on freeview desk. he talked me thru and offered to phone me back but did give his number 01932 572923 the prob is not yet fixed but he has arranged a replacement box and the courier will pick up the existing one so that we can check if it is the box or indeed me.
give top marks an all round good egg.
