I am trying to contact the BATH TOURIST OFFICE to ask about accomodation & I have been given 2 numbers. One is a premium rate number & the other is an 0870 I would like to find out their geographical number if possible.

A little more info would have helped but I did manage to find the following two geographicals:-

01225 477787
01225 477101

Please let us know how you get on.

Update:  Just tried these numbers and the .. 787 was a fax and the ... 101 informs you to ring the premium rate number.

Bath Tourist appear to use numbers beginning 01225 477xxx.  You could therefore try numbers from 01225 477102 upwards and if they are part of Bath Tourist then act dumb/helpless and explain that you rung the premium rate number and it appears to have transferred you to them.  Just apologise and ask if they could transfer you please.
