Alternative number for 0870 lead to 0870

I have looked up the geographic alternative numbers for the 0870 numbers and found a few but the companies are getting wise they have a recorded message at these numbers asking us to call the 0870 number instead... So what can we do.  We should be able to do soemthing about it.  I cant stand ebing RIPPED OFF
