BT Openworld/BT Internet Billing Support

A friend of mine is having difficulty in connect to BT Internet, and he needs to contact the BT section:

To talk to our Billing Support team, please call 0870 241 4567 between 8am and midnight. Calls to this number are charged at national rates. There is a 5p minimum charge.

I understand, that this telephone number is re - routed to the sub continent.

Any help would be appreciated.

BT have been using more & more VOIP numbers lately, and as this is one of their own !
