It wasnt too lazy to press a few buttons  - more a case of searching in the wrong place.

To be fair, finding the 'List Unverified Entries' button catches most people out.

Granted, yes it does.

I've moved the number in question (01484 438222) to the verified list. It goes to an automated menu for orders, customer services etc.

This number along with 01484 438200 is listed on 192.com.
