A Companies House check reveals:

EFFECTIVE CREDIT COLLECTIONS LTD
GARRICK HOUSE
76-80 HIGH STREET OLD FLETTON
PETERBOROUGH, PE2 8ST

But no telephone number.

The 01733 763456 you rung was answered as somekind of business centre but interestingly enough a google search on 01733 763456 brings up something different.

A general google search didn't help much either, can anyone else suggest anything?
