There website is  misleading as far as the 07744 number is concerned.

The only network that still allows you to call 07744 numbers out of your inclusive minutes on some of there contracts is 02.( They will probaly start charging as well soon). T -Mobile have recently started charging for calls to these 07744 indirect access numbers and Vodafone,Orange,and 3 have done so for some while.

I say this because Budgetcom are not likely to offer the best rates to all countries.Where as one of there sister companies might.

Also you might like to consider using 1899/18866/ or18185.Or even all of them.
