Just a quick mention about additional numbers posted to the database that cannot be verified !

Many times (& I mean a LOT) additional numbers are added that are not available anywhere to check validity. For example, today we have yet another for who are Debt collectors. Todays number had NOTHING at all to do with BCW - it was the Preston Premier Travel Inns Fax !

But we get this repeatedly, where 0870 numbers are posted that may be linked to the existing numbers we have for that company, but we have NO WAY of confirming it without your help !

PLEASE add in that extra detail that tells us WHO this NGN (08xx) is linked to. Are they debt collecting for the Local Council, BT, Currys or British Gas, or whatever, just so that we have some way of confirming it, otherwise it will stay in the Unverified forever, or get dumped.

Currently unverifiable I have the following numbers that are supposed to be for , but I am still unable to verify them for a particular agency (BT, Britsh Gas, etc.). Nothing comes up on a Google search for them and I can't stand the cost of calling them to ask which agency it is they are collecting for.

that I am NOT looking for the Geo alternatives (unless they are new numbers) - just as mentioned above.

For anyone who can help with information for these, I would appreciate the assistance and ANY would also be useful to add to the database.

That should have been as I've amended it above.

Funnily, that 0870 7001540 should have been (Sheffield Road, Meadowhall, Sheffield. S9 2YL) which was changed to 0870 9906440 some time ago.

Goes to show just how long redundant numbers hang around the system !!
