Norwich Union Healthcare

Hi there - with NU slowly switching from 0870 to 0800 for many of their departments, I'm aggrieved to find that the division I want STILL uses 0870 - in this case 001003. Thet have their admin offices in Eastleigh, but I've no idea where their call centre is as the first person had an Indian accent before being transferred to 2nd level support. Any suggestions team?
