I have heard trailer today that BBC Radio 4 are running a programme next Tuesday 27th Sept at 20:00 Hrs on the F O I Act on experiences and developments.

I know no more than that, but I think it might definitely worth a listen. For those with PC`s and NET and can use the BBC Player [Real Player],  you can listen to many prgrammes on line after broadcast. This programme may be on their archive after transmission.
