British Gas Billing Enquiries (Read 5,266 times)

Have you tried any? I suggest you try 0113 3821022, which is infact listed as an alternative to one of your 0845s. AFAIK it's the BG switchboard in Leeds. Search the database under (of all things) "British Gas" and you will find it.

A company might have many NGNs for the same purpose depending on what package you're on. So just because it's not listed doesn't mean it's not a viable alternative (although one of your 0845s is listed in the Other Info column).

It's best to search by company name. If you don't find one with a suitable description (eg Billing) try the switchboard.
