Just to advise that the listed cross-reference from 0870 850 1150 to 0191 512 7123 doesn't work. There is a stern-sounding recorded message to the effect that "You have dialled an incorrect number and will be disconnected". The reference to 0191 512 7003 does work, however, and they seem to be able to transfer callers to any Parcelfarce sorting office.
