e-mailing just dial

twice i try to e-mail just dial to enquiry about the free weekend and evening package not reply to the e-mails as anybody have the same problem like  with just dial. have the company got problems or poor customer service can anybody help ???

Numerous complaints about their lack of response to e-mails on MSE site.EG.What do you charge to call 0845/0870?
