Well that means ofcom is proposing a 35p cut compared to what it is now for these companies doing WLR.  Something tells me this is highly unlikely to be passed on to us end consumers.

So right now the likes of OneTel/TalkTalk, etc will pay BT £8.39p/m.  No wonder they can't really undercut BT significantly to make a difference especially with BT's cunning trick of offering free CLI.

Wasn't BT meant to increase their charges a few months ago?

Thank god they haven't like but I hope ofcom forcing them to reduce WLR by 35p means they wont at the same time increase our line rental by a similar amount to recoup the difference.
