Firstly, the website address for Heritable Bank is www.heritable.co.uk.

The number for savings accounts on the contact page is 0845 607 1212. This may well go through to Burnley as there is a Burnley fax number underneath it. This 0845 is different to the one you quote. Do you know why this is, or can you use either?

Both 0845 607 1212 and 0845 602 3344 answer with the same message (out of hours at least). The Skipton address you have provided is a PO Box, so it doesn't exist. Therefore, it's possible that any post addressed to it goes somewhere other than Skipton.

Anyway, the Burnley fax number is 01282 682390. A try of nearby numbers appears to reveal what you're after. 01282 682389 and 682394 have a message saying that the office is closed, but doesn't mention what company it is. I think it's fairly certain that it's Heritable Bank.

However, I suggest you use 01282 682397, 398 or 399 as they have the same message as on the 0845 numbers.
