Didnt even use tone dialing. I remember when BT created 1471 and they tested the services on our exchange. They put broadband into the exchange 5 years ago.

I've joined your posting to the existing thread for London Buses Customer Services.

The 0845 600 6241 number is a fax one. The published voice number is 0845 300 7000 which is listed in our database with 0800 092 9040 as the alternative. You could try it and report back on how you get on.

Or maybe the main travel information call centre will either be able to help or put you through to Buses. The current number we have for this is 020 3283 6510. Be aware that it could be disabled as others we've listed in the past have been.
