hi just joined so be kind,
i've just had my 18866 invoice for december ,they have just reduced from 4p to 3p
for their call connections ,also just checked web site it says the same,just thought i would pass this on.
ps
great site thanks have used it and saved money on a couple of calls to 0870 numbers

Hi I have just checked the 18866 site. On the heading page it says 4p connection charge, on page 2 it says 3p and 4p on the same page. I have emailed them for the correct charge but I am not holding my breath for a reply. I stopped using them some time back and  I now use 1899 and 18185 but still have the account open.

my invoice yesterday said they were charging me a 3p connection charge-that's just gone up from 2p for me.

Suggest you maybe should have used the previous 'darn 18866' topic for your contribution - now there are parallel threads and this will cause confusion.
