I have tried , unsuccessfully , to find this number using the * guide * ( tbh I'm not sure I'm using it correctly   )

I got two phonecalls within three mins asking me to contact someone on the number asap.
Now , I'm waiting for hospital test results so , as you can imagine , getting a call like that frightened the life out of me.
The number is always engaged , but the one time I did get a ring tone , the operator ( voice ) came on saying the line was out of order / temp unavailable.

Sorry , to be so stupid in using the guide on what to do , but just how DO I find out who is calling me ?

I just can't get through , it's constantly engaged.
Speaking honestly , I didn't know anything about 0870 numbers , to me they were just numbers in front of the rest ( dipstick   )
I never knew they were premium numbers until I tried surfing to see if I could find anything out about this particular number.
Also , I guess when I heard the words " contact asap " my mind went into overdrive ( hospital )
Of course I should have realised that the hospital would use an *ordinary* number , just didn't think  

Just so you all know, 0870 366 5378 is Lloyds TSB Credit Card Collections Dept.
