This is my first post but I have been using this service for a while now.

Very very useful site indeed.

I am trying despertately to find an alternative number to the Nat West Home shopping channel. The current number is 0845 7000555 and you then have to request to use thier home shopping channel. I have tried numerous numbers to get to this service but they cant put me through

I want to use this service desperately yo get a possible discounts since I am moving home and need alot of electrical items. Everytime I do use thier 0845 number, waiting 20 minutes, the customer services advisor will most often tell me that the item isnt available, even though they guarantee to find whatever is in a high street shop and discount it for Natwest customers.

So I wait 20 minutes, pay them for the privilege and then informed that the item isnt available and that they cant give me a list of items either.


So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if anyone has a number let  me know.
