Hi has anyone got a geographical alternative for Wanadoo Wireless and Talk technical services?

I've tried all three geographical alternatives listed but they relate to wired broadband and narrowband services.

No amount of the normally successful "Can you please transfer me through to........" is working because the department I need are apparantly based in another building that they can't transfer to with a different 0870 link.

The alternative number quoted for me to ring is 0870 220 2002, nuts to that though!!!!

Just to emphasise my point again the existing alternative number suggestions don't work!!!
