Hi,

This is a not to say that the listed number for Groupama Motor Claims in your database appears to be incorrect. Whilst it does indeed get through to some Groupama offices, it does not get through to the motor claims and they will not/cannot transfer you. I have tried dialing direct and even entering an extension number I was given but each time I was redirected to phone the 0870 number.

Have checked the internet and other geographical numbers listed do not seem to get through to the motor claims or are unobtainable.

Not sure if anyone can get any further information on this.
