You might like to look at where this company is based. The website of the company owning the offices has some nice pictures of the units. I think we can safely say from the pictures that E7even are in a "rent-a-room" scenario. After googling to try to find some info for you, I came across this page, which I think you should read.

I notice on their site that they have my incorrect address and as I am no longer a member I can't amend those details. So I will never receive the absurdly low figure cheque in the post. "
