CALL TRANSFERS

Hello...can anyone help with the following:


When I get thru to a company using an alternative number can they re-route / transfer my call to an 0870 / 0845 number without my knowledge?

They can route the call as they see fit.But its unlikely they would divert/transfer by ngn because of cost.

However the good news is you would not pay any more then the price of the geo call,because its not possible to change price of outgoing call in mid flight.
