Not sure i understand what you mean by 18185?
18185 is a provider. See
www.18185.co.ukYou register with them and tell them the telephone number(s) you will be accessing the service from. From BT lines you can dial the 18185 prefix followed by destination number. 01/02/03 numbers are charged at 5p per call.
From non-BT lines and mobiles, they provide geographical and freephone access numbers for the service. The charges levied by 18185 for calling numbers via these numbers are higher than via the 18185 prefix from a BT line. These charges are set out on 18185's website
here.
To access the service from your mobile phone you will dial 020 8180 2828, which is 18185's geographical access number. When this answers, dial the 020 number for William Hill.
You will be charged by your mobile provider for calling 020 8180 2828 (or it will come from inclusive minutes if applicable) and by 18185 with 5p connection plus 1p per minute for dialling the WH destination number.

I want to use my mobile which is on virgin account and use it whilst at work.
From
Virgin Mobile's list of charges, the 0871 number will cost 15 pence per minute at all times. So any alternative we find needs to cost you less than that to make it worth your while using it.
Whether this is the case from your Virgin Mobile phone depends on your tariff.
Can you access 020 1009 1000 from your work phone?
