The address does not match your question, but the number does. perhaps they can do an internal transfer. Or bitch to them on the landline number that you want to book a holiday, and refuse to pay for the priviledge of talking to them, can they get the appropriate department to return the call. With most cruises in the four figures, then I'm sure they want your money.
You could try the contact form on the contact us page of their website. Many people's experience, of using that method on other sites, is that a return phone is made quite quickly

For those confused by the penultimate paragraph above, the software changed the attempt to use the word b-i-t-c-h (only one definition of which could be considered to be mildly objectionable these days) to 'pregnant dog' (it should, of course, have changed to it to 'a female member of the dog family' or 'an unpleasant difficulty' or 'a woman who is thoroughly disliked' or 'informal terms for objecting' or even 'say mean things' but only one of those would have made any sense).
