Hi there!
I have an email from an employee from Onetel ( now TalkTalk ) and she advised me:
" We are in the process of advising all our customers about the TalkTalk takeover. I personally am unsure as to who and when will be migrated to TalkTalk as I am unfortunately not privvy to that kind of information.
Once I do manage to find out, I will come back to you. But you should shortly receive communication from us about the whole TalkTalk merger. "
I also sent and received the following from Onetel Customer Services / TalkTalk:
