Which number have you tried, there are two. 

01270 211999 is marked sales
01270 504400 is labelled customer services and answers "Thank you for calling One Stop Phone Shop customer services..."

I wasnt aware of those numbers. Thanks guys.

btw: do these numbers appear on the database on this site? I didnt see them when I did a "search".

osps seem to have changed their phone numbers. i tried 01270504400 but seem to be placed in a line and after 10 mins i give up waiting because i have the feeling there is no one at the other end to answer and i don't have that many free mins.

i got hold of osps through the cpw switchboard but when i asked to be put through cashback they told me to call an 0871 number and that they didn't have any other numbers (why would they, there's an 0870 one!!! ). the number they advertise on their site is 0871 522 3404

btw, they seem to have taken down their casback web page @ www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/cashback

What you've got to realise is that irrelevant of which number you call, NGN or Geo, if there's lots of people calling you're gonna have to wait, be it 1 min, 10 min or half an hour. You will have to try & call at some other time. A long wait doesn't make a wrong number

As for the Carphone Warehouse link, as long as you're nice to them, they will pass you through to One Stop Phone Shop without any problems.
