Please go easy on a newbie , I have diligently tried all suggestions and search options on this site and now throw myself on the experiance of my peers !

Studio-Outlet is a new mail order clearance site with which I am having major problems on a badly delayed order and the only contacts are email customercare@studio-outlet.co.uk or 08702 312 613 neither of which is any use as both are manned by monkeys ( probably paying them in peanuts ) .

I have discovered by default by CC ing an email to the Customer Care Manager by name that they are a member of Express Gifts group at Accrington [Findel Plc] ( postmaster@express-gifts.co.uk returned mail ).

Express Gifts refuse to give out a geographical number or put the call through allthough BT Business search lists 3 geographical numbers for themselves.

Any prior knowledge or help would be much appreciated as the 08702 number clocks up £2 a time before you get anywhere .
