Also, what make of PC is this for? Do you have a contact address, for example in the PC's instructions? Does it mention Aon, the company that appear to provide Comet's warranties?

I wanted to contact the above helpline to get my laptop repaired under my extended warrantybut when I dialled in the number I found myself talking to tech help instead.

I dialled 0870 6062633 and got through to the right place, Still cost me a fortune but at least i may just grt thr old laptop fixed! Smiley
