Yes, I can confirm that as Dave says, it rings !  

However, it then goes to a constant tone, so it could be a malfunctioning FAX or they may have converted it to a DATA line.

On further investigation, I would say that 01373 831564 was for TMTI Motor Vehicle Dealers and was never an alternative for the TMTI 0870 4584180.
