I have located an alternative number (0845 6037879 - 0141248 3311), but that just rings out and the tlephone number on the website for reception cannot - will not transfer me) Any help much apreciated. Dave.

Lots of alternatives for esure car insurance here at saynoto0870 but still nothing for the main customer service at 0845 603 7874. I'll need to phone them soon and I'll try some of the alternatives listed such as 0800 434 6089, 01737 222222 and 0800 0282498.

Does anyone have any recent experience of phoning their customer services? If I get a good result I'll report back.

Did you have to be put through to customer services? This 0141 number is verified as "Glasgow call centre switchboard" so may be suitable for many Esure enquiries.

Did you try any other verified or unverified numbers and if so, what did you find?
