I thought of that, but checked them before I responded - and then decided not to. Wink

With 1899 & 18185, Irish mobiles and 'national' calls are about 15p/min (from memory) - more expensive that mobile calls to several distant and/or minor countries (e.g. Japan, India, and others).

So, 0870 is still cheaper! Sad

Like I said, not much point!

Try this number and ask to be transferred to Sky Digital customer service:-

01506 485901

If they say its someone's personal extension number tell them you were given it after a high level complaint to James Murdoch and they can transfer you across to customer services.

This number is also a good starting point to make a High Level Complaint at Sky as it gets through to their Escalated Complaints Customer Care Team.
