Time UK Factory Ltd/Timeuk.com/Total Care &Support

Hi
I have recently noticed that Time/Tiny computers have re emerged as "Timeuk". Their general contact No. is 0870 122 4301 and their support No 0906 200 1002.
Does anyone know of their geographic numbers?
I have troied the usual sources to no avail

192.com doesn't have anything under Time for BB12 7TW. Perhaps they go by another name. Undecided

Hello Dave.
Thanks very much for the quick response. I mentioned initially that TimeUK , ie one word , is the new name replacing the now administered Granville Technology. I looked in 192 for this new company without success also.
Lets hope that someone else will have tried to find them and been more successful

The domain TIMEUK.COM is registered to Sapphire Brands Ltd on Jersey.

Total Care and Support has a thing about some meaningless "national rate" when referring to its 0870 numbers. It also appears to be based at the same address as Time UK Factory.

Whois TOTALCARESUPPORT.COM gives the Blackburn Road, Simonstone address with a different post code: bb12 7nq

Telephone and fax numbers are given and ring out now: Tel 01282 681110 fax: 01282 681333

All the numbers at the old Tiny/Time address started 01282 684 and are out of service.

Oh they've re-emerged for a fifth time now have they? To plunder and rip-off more consumers before "going under" again and thus invalidating all warranties for their poor quality scrap metal casings they pass off as computers. First Tiny, then Tiny.com, then Computer Shop, then Computer World, now this! Roll Eyes

I completely agree Smasher!

Something should be done to prevent this from happening again. As far as I know its really only Tiny/Time (or whatever name they are using now) that have done this so many times and are allowed to continue but I can imagine a lot of other companies do the same to avoid paying off their debts and to get out of honouring warranties.

The law has changed with regard to warranties now though and they (Time UK) are regulated by the FSA with regards to having insurance as a backup to prevent companies who "go under" from failing to honour their warranties. This only came into law not so long ago so it will affect really only new warranties issued by the currently named Time UK.

Thanks for the responses. Dave's contact number(01282 681110) for Timeuk is for actually "Supanet" who had a connection Time/Tiny for providing the ISP.
I have no interest in buying another PC from Time.. but my interest is in aquiring fixing clips to secure some additional drives in the case. If anyone knows where Time sourced their cases from I would appreciate knowing.
As far as the tel No. goes I am still trying to get their geo alternative for 0870 1213193 given to me by Supanet! This is not the number in Timeuk adverts though

Googling reveals that Supanet's main number is tel 01282 681000 fax 01282 681001, so they may have taken over that block of numbers. Undecided

in their terms and conditions TimeUK say that:

Within the first 30 days access to the technical team is via the one stop number charged at national rate. After 30 days, if you choose not to take out a support package, telephone support is charged at £1 per minute.

Apart from the "national rate" bit they are quite open about charging for technical support, hence the 090 number.

For the 090 number there is no geographic equivalent.

You could try this in lieu of the 0870 number and say that numbers starting with 0870 are barred by your switchboard and would they please connect you.

Where have you found this from? Is this really the same company? See the above, no link to Nottingham was found and current terms and conditions state Digital World Group Ltd.
