Are these 0870 numbers provided by and routed to DialaSeat or by/to the circuses? The 0870 numbers for Moscow SC and Chinese SC are 1 digit different, so maybe they are DialaSeat's numbers. 

The address of where the circus is being held is obviously not where the call is answered. A whois of dialaseat.co.uk gives a name and address:
