I suspect that 1899 will increase their prices shortly as I can't see how these prices can be sustained when they have to pay out to the teleco your calls so much (it is less than 1p but they still have to pay it out of only 3p per call).
Not that I'm moaning like but still wonder how they can make a profit.
3p-1p=2p so that would be 200% profit per call?
Of course I believe in practice that Finarea do possibly also pay a time related charge too as well as a connection fee but although some calls last 70 minutes there are so many that only last just a few seconds (answerphone or 1571 answering) that the average call length is not that long.
For some reason they simply seem to want to kill off 18866 though and force everyone to migrate to 1899 or 18185 although I still haven't really figured out why.
Perhaps though they are worried about the 118866 possible misdial directory ripoff although if that is the case then why don't they simply close 18866 down?
