I think based on the above comments we are getting of the track a little, I agree there are some staff who were most likely fully aware what was going on, but some will have been kept in the dark and given excuses after excuses, some people are more suspicious than others, some take it as read as I am sure most will agree.
For those who knowingly assisted Nationwide deceive customers out of thousands there is no excuse.
