The contact details are here. According to website T&Cs it is owned and maintained by RBS. The First Active trademark is used under licence from First Active Plc, so it's First Active we're trying to find a number for, not RBS. That said, this press release talks about First Active being aquired by RBS.

Unfortunately the FA website gives no clues as to what FA's physical address is.

A check of 192.com for companies called First Active in Birmingham reveals two companies called First Active Insurance Services Ltd and First Active Communications Ltd at the same address:

Assuming that they are the same First Active, then perhaps that is where the First Active Mortgages operates from.

This page shows a company called George Road Securities Ltd based at 15-20 St Pauls Square, tel: 0121 212 0300. It says that it is an estate agent.

That said, the address contains the "Bentley Jennison" line who are accountants (see their website). Perhaps this is a building with several tenants.

In September 2000 the Group entered an agreement with Britannic Assurance plc whereby Britannic would invest in the Group's UK subsidiary, First Active Financial plc. Under this agreement Britannic acquired a 60% ownership of First Active Financial, since re-branded Britannic Money, for an investment of EUR120 million, while First Active retained the remaining 40% ownership. The residual 40% was sold to Britannic Assurance in December 2002.
